Church Planter
Rob Herron
Rob was previously the Assistant Pastor at Redeemer Church of Knoxville. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and Covenant Theological Seminary. He also has served as Youth Pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church (Athens, GA) and the Campus Minister with Reformed University Fellowship at Appalachian State University. He and his wife, Mary Lee, have two children: Robert and Fay. The Herrons are delighted to live in Fountain City and to serve God’s purpose and kingdom here!
What We Believe
The beliefs of Mercy Presbyterian Church are encapsulated in the Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms. We delight to uphold the statements of faith expressed in the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed. We also affirm the Confessional Statement and Theological Vision For Ministry of The Gospel Coalition. Mercy Presbyterian Church is a Mission Church of the Presbyterian Church in America.
